Resort and poverty number one

We came across this mega walled-in resort. It was right by a beautiful beach. On the other side of the road were people living in a shanty town. It was the second collection of ramshackle broken huts and clothes lines that we'd seen. A woman was also burning rubbish at the side of the road (that faced the wall of the resort).
